    To further strengthen the combination of theory and practice and interaction, and promote their development, after negotiation CCLS and the companies decide to establish the Contemporary Criminal Justice Forum, as the permanent Exchange and cooperation platform. It is going to be held once every year by CCLS，and undertaken by the judiciaries by turns. The aim of the forum is promotion of both theory and practice.
    On July 21-22 in 2009 hosted by CCLS and undertaken by People's procuratorate of Cheng De and People's procuratorate of Wei Chang, the Contemporary Criminal Justice Forum started in Cheng De. The president of CCLS and law school of BNU Zhao Bingzhi take charge of the opening. The vice president of Cheng De people congress Guan Yue, the president of Research Institute of Supreme People's Procuratorate Zhang Zhihui, the president of People's procuratorate of  Cheng De Pang Xianghai,  the honorary president of CCLS Gao Mingxuan, gave speeches respectively. Around 80 people from supreme People’s court, supreme People’s procuratorate, Yan Cheng Prison, Bei Jing Normal University, Ji Lin University, China Political Science University, "Political Forum", "Law Journal", "Chinese Prosecutor", "Legal Daily", "Hebei Legal Daily", and so on.
   The forum last one and a half days, participants around the theme of this forum - " Criminal Justice guarantee of social and economic stability ", on the current criminal justice issues "criminal reconciliation theory and practice", "Legal and judicial reform and system construction ","the prevention and punishment of crime affecting social stability " discussed deeply and extensively..
