Hosted by CCLS of BNU, China Association of Judges,Fujian Association of Judges and Cross-Strait Exchange Association of Law, Symposium on Cross-straits Legal Practice is held in Fuzhou on July 9th ,2009. Zhang Jun( Vice president of Supreme People's Court), Wang Xiuhong (Full-time member of the Judicial Committee of Supreme People's Court), Xu Qian (Fujian Provincial Committee and Law Committee secretary), Cao Xueqing(deputy director of Fujian Provincial People's Congress)and Ma Xinlan (the president of  Fujian Higher People's Court) attended the symposium. the main issue is “Punishment  on Crime and  the judicial  guarantees of the cross-strait trade”, including “counter-measure and issues of the punishment of crime related cross-straits”, “construction of Judicial assistance between cross-straits”and judicial guarantees of trade and cultural communication ”.
