College for Criminal Law Science of Beijing Normal University

On Aug.18 in 2009, as the celebrations of the foundation of Gao Mingxuan Criminal Law Development Fund and CCLS, The research of “60-year the theory of crime constitution in new China”was held  by CCLS and Criminal Law Research Center of Wu Han University in Kunming. The president of CCLS, the president of China Criminal Law Association Zhao Bingzhi hosted while the two honorary presidents of CCLS Professor Gao Mingxuan and Professor Ma Kechang gave lectures. 50 around practical experts from Legal Work Committee of National People’s Congress, Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procurator, Yun Nan court system, Yun Nan procurator system, Beijing, Zhe Jiang, Guang Dong, Fu Jian, He Nan judiciaries attended the research. Also 70 around experts from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, Renmin University of China, Wuhan University, Jilin University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Law, China University of Political Science, Northwest University of Political Science, Southwest University of Political Science, East China University of Political Science, Zhong Nan Finance and Political Science University, more than 30 universities, research institutions joined to investigated the main theme together.
