    2009,Augest19-21, 2009 China Law Association Criminal Law Research National Annual Conference held in Kunming. The conference was hosted by China Law Association Criminal Law Research and undertaken by higher people’s court of Yunnan, higher people’s procurator, and Kunming institute of technology. The president of CCLS Zhao Bingzhi, the vice presidents Chen Zhonglin, Qi Wenyuan hosted the conference. This year marks the 60th anniversary of founding of new China, therefore, the conference is particularly important. The main theme was “the construction of criminal law of new China”, including “the construction of criminal law of new China: review and forecast”, ” the construction of criminal law of new China: research and appliance”. The latter also was separate to three issues, “the understanding and appliance of 7th amendment of Criminal law”, “the research of criminal conciliation in criminal law”, and” The application and perfection of the system reprieve “. Around 300 experts from practice and theory research attended the conference. And also 11 Korean experts joined.
